We Monitor
Data is essential to driving meaningful improvements
The Bayelsa LNG Export facility and terminal will employ state-of-the-art, real-time monitoring systems to track critical operational factors, such as pressure, temperature, gas composition, and flow rates. These systems provide continuous data, enabling our operators to detect deviations from normal operating conditions.
By continuously assessing our practices, we strive to minimize our environmental footprint and make responsible decisions that contribute to the long-term health of both the region and the planet.
By integrating cutting-edge monitoring technology, implementing rigorous safety protocols, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, we ensure that our LNG facility operates safely, efficiently, and responsibly.
We Reduce
Working to make routine flaring a thing of the past. Our goal is to help the Niger Delta say goodbye to the air and light pollution caused by flaring.
No more wasted energy. Flare gas is converted into useful energy or reintegrated into our operations for greater efficiency.
Our de-flaring infrastructure will reduce routine flaring, directly contributing to cleaner air, less flare pollution and a healthier planet.
We Improve
At TWD Energy, we recognize that community well-being is closely tied to air quality. Routine gas flaring in the Niger Delta contributes significantly to air pollution, releasing harmful emissions like carbon dioxide, methane, and particulate matter.
To address this, we are committed to helping Nigeria eliminate routine gas flaring by using innovative technologies that capture and convert flared gas into valuable energy, reducing harmful emissions and improving air quality for local communities.

Energy and nature in balance
We Revive
The Niger Delta is home to one of the world’s most important and biologically diverse wetlands, which includes vast mangrove forests. The loss of mangroves threatens coastal communities by reducing income from shellfish harvesting and increasing vulnerability to storms. Healthy wetland ecosystems play a vital role in economic stability and environmental resilience.
We work alongside environmental organizations and local communities to restore landscapes and re-plant degraded mangrove forests.
Our commitment to protecting the Niger Delta’s wetlands and mangroves is part of a broader strategy to ensure that our operations leave a positive legacy—one that balances the need for energy with respect for nature and local communities.
